配合新项目中的设备安装和调试负责新设备的验收工作，包括验收文件.

  支持新厂房的建设和规划对厂房和layout提出建议

  Support  new  plant  building  and  layout.

  新设备的生产能力和初始工序能力的验证

  New  machine  production  capacity  and  PPK  review.

  根据产品的要求制定质量标准

  Make  quality  standard  according  to  product  specification.

  对生产用的工装，模具，Shop  stock的设计提出建议

  Give  advice  about  tooling,  mould  and  shop  stock  design.

  参与产品和过程参数的设定

  Take  part  in  setting  product  and  process  specification.

  2、正常生产时的技术工作  serial  production  technology  job

  制定并更新工艺流程图  prepare  and  update  process  flow  chart

  制定并更新工作指导书  prepare  and  update  work  instruction

  负责执行工程更改  implement  ECR  and  ECO

  对顾客的工程规范进行评审  review  customer  engineering  specification

  更新技术文件如：PFMEA        update  technical  document:  PFMEA…

  
制定防错措施并监控使用情况  setting  POKE  YOKE  and  monitoring  running

  
制定生产起始点检表  make  production  start    set-up  document.

  制定设备的操作和日常维护指导文件  make  instructional  document  of  machine  operation  and  maint

  设备和工艺参数的设定和调整setting  and  adjusting  process  parameter

  生产中急需的工装和检测设备的设计，制造和验收  designing  ,    manufacturing  and  acceptance  tools  and  measuring  tooling  needed  in  production  line.

  过程能力Cpk的监控    monitoring  CPK

  参与产品的试验计划的制定    take  part  in  product  test  plan

  进行工艺纪律的检查  check  implement  situation  of  process  rule

  工作中危险源的识别和安全设施的设置  identify  the  risk  resource  and  set  safety  device  in  production  line.

3、解决生产中问题  problem  solving  in  production

  在生产出现质量问题和停机时采取行动  take  actions  when  quality  problem  or  shutdown  happen  in  production

  配合设备的维修和维护  Co-operate  with  maintenance  to  repair  and  maintenance  machine

  配合换模时出现的问题    solving  SMED  problem

  参与分析顾客拒收产品的分析和试验  take  part  in  the  test  and  analysis  of  customer  reject  product.

  参与预防和纠正措施的制定和验证  take  part  in  preventive  and  corrective  action

4、生产管理工作  production  management

  负责对生产主管，班长和操作者的技术培训

  Is  charge  of  technology  training  for  production  supervisor  ,  gap  leader  and  operators

  合理化建议的采用和实施

  Implement  improve  idea

  参与生产成本计算和控制

  Take  part  in  production  cost  control  and  calculation.

任职条件：

1、本科以上学历，工科专业Bachelor’s  degree  in  Engineering
2、至少4年以上制造经验，汽车行业优先Minimum  4  years  experience  within  a  manufacturing  environment,  preferably  in  the  automotive  sector
3、熟悉出风口工艺流程Knowledge  and  experience  in  Air  outlet  process.
4、注重结果；Results  oriention；
5、至少掌握两种语言（必须掌握英语）。Minimum  bi-lingual  (English  required).
