主要工作目的Main  Purpose  of  the  job

1、  组织，管理，监督，控制和不断优化（在部门团队的帮助下）厂内的现场物流操作        Organize,  manage,  monitor,  control  and  optimize  (with  the  help  of  its  team)  all  physical  flows  of  the  site  from  raw  materials,  components  and  empty  boxes  to  end  items,  including  transport.        

2、管理和控制与现场物流操作相关的信息传递

        Manage  and  control  the  information  flows  which  are  linked  to  these  physical  flows.          

3、  组织，调整和维护仓库的人员结构和布局

        Organize,  adapt  and  maintain  the  human  and  physical  organization  of  the  warehouses                  

4、  定义和实施新项目的物流供应链的管理

        Define  and  implement  logistic  chain  management  of  new  program.



主要工作Main  missions

1.  管理区域内的工作负荷，优化可分配资源
        Manage  the  workload  of  its  area  and  optimize  the  allocated  resources.

2.  在符合SPE的要求下定义和建立仓库的组织结构
        Define  and  set  up  the  physical  organization  of  warehouses  of  the  site  in  conformity  with  the  SPE  rules.

3.  组织协调上下游的运输以最低的成本获得***服务水平

        Organize  and  control  the  downstream,  upstream  transport  in  order  to  assure  the  best  service  level  at  lowest  cost.

4.  保证线上的移动和流程时间与数量的规律性

        Ensure  the  time  and  quantity  regularity  of  procurement  and  removing  from  the  production  lines.

5.  与客户联系，明确客户的所有物流需求

        Contact  with  Client  for  their  entire  logistic  requirements

6.控制和优化所有实物及信息的流程（包括中间仓库）

    Control  and  optimize  all  physical  and  information  flows  and  trans-warehouses  of  the  site.  

7  .保证存货的准确性和可靠性，并遵循FIFO原则

        Ensure  the  actual  inventory  reliability  of  the  site  and  the  respect  of  the  FIFO  rule

8.  参与存货目标的达成，减少废料

        Participate  to  the  respect  of  inventory  objectives  and  to  the  reduction  of  obsolete  items.          

9.  提高内部供应流效率  Improve  internal  supply  chain  flow  efficiency.

10.      安排运输  Arrangement  work  for  transportation

11.      为新项目的组织提供改进计划和建议

          Transfer  improvement  ideas  found  for  the  new  projects  to  the  current  organization    

12.      定义符合工艺需求的产品包装  Define  product  package  within  the  requirement  of  process

13.      与所有供应商签物流协议  Build  up  logistic  agreements  with  all  suppliers

14.      领导内部存货的审核  Lead  internal  inventory  audits



任职资格Qualification  of  Candidate



1、专科以上学历，理工科专业

Above  Colleage,Majoring  in  science  and  Technology

2、听说读写良好

Good  at  English  and  has  ability  in  writing  and  reading

3、英语听说读写良好

Good  at  English  and  has  ability  in  writing  and  reading

4、3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;有2年物料采购计划工作经验，熟悉ERP的MRP流程

3  years  above  automobile  industry  work  experience;  Has  2  years  material  purchasing  planner  experience,  familiar  with  the  MRP  flow  of  ERP

5、认真负责;思维敏捷;沟通力强;有较强团队合作意识

Responsible,  swift  thinking,  good  at  communication,  team  spirit.
