主要工作目的Main  Purpose  of  the  job:

The  role  of  a  Production  Supervisor  is  to  manage  the  production  performance,  personnel  issues  and  the  Health,  Safety  &  Environment  (HSE)  standards  of  several  Autonomous  Production  Groups  (GAP).

主要工作Main  missions

1.  Lead  the  Quality  Cost  &  Delivery  (QCD)  Performance  for  designated  groups:
领导指定小组的质量成本和交付(QCD)的实施：

2.  Direct  QCD  initiatives:  set  targets,  implement  plans,  track  daily  results,  and  make  appropriate  adjustments  in  resource  planning  in  order  to  attain  desired  results.
指导QCD的启动：设定目标，实施计划，追踪日常结果，对资源计划进行适当调整，以达到理想结果。

3.  Drive  actions  for  improvement:  communicate  with  the  Autonomous  Production  Unit  Manager,  Production  Supervisors  of  other  shifts,  and  support  functions  to  ensure  a  transparent  information  flow,  collaborate  to  define  improvement  areas  and  precise  action  plans.
促进合理化行动的执行：与生产经理、其它班次的生产主管以及支持部门进行沟通和合作，确保信息流程的透明性并确定改进区域和精确的行动计划。

4.  Manage  team  performance:  know  team  problems,  define  areas  for  performance  improvements  with  team  members,  drive  teamwork,  lead  problem  solving  groups,  lead  workshops  on  quality  improvement  methods  (5S,  TPM,  6M…)
管理团队业绩：了解团队问题，与团队成员一起确定提高业绩的范围，促进团队工作，领导解决问题的小组并领导关于质量改进方法(5S、TPM、6M…)的现场。

5.  Manage  the  personnel  issues  of  the  assigned  team  管理分派团队的人事事宜.

6.Ensure  daily  team  management:  assure  appropriate  headcount,  ensure  the  respect  of  standardized  work  methods,  and  assure  presence  on  the  floor  to  answer  questions  or  address  problems.
确保日常团队管理：保证适当的总人数，确保尊重标准化工作方法，确保深入基层去解决问题或处理问题。

7、Develop  the  team:  ensure  proper  staffing,  integrate  new  team  members,  foster  individual  development  plans,  advise  and  arrange  for  appropriate  training,  assure  punctual  job  evaluations,  etc.
发展团队：确保进行正确招聘，整合新团队成员，提出个人发展计划，建议并安排适当培训，保证如期进行职业评估等。

8、  Ensure  that  working  conditions  are  fully  compliant  with  Group  HSE  standards:  interfere  in  production  line  in  case  of  safety  risks  and  drive  improvement  of  working  conditions  and  ergonomics.
确保工作条件完全符合群组HSE标准：在出现安全风险的情况下可对生产线进行干涉，并促进工作条件和人类工程学的改善

9、促进工厂改善网络的发展并让每个人都参与到持续改善进程中；Drive  plant  improvement  networks  and  involve  everyone  in  continuous  improvement  processes；

10、完成领导临进交代的其他事项，Complete  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  leader



任职资格Qualification  of  Candidate

1、Associate's  degree  in  engineering/Diploma,  with  a  specialisation  in  Production
工程专业修满大学两年课程的工程学生或学士学位

2、1-3  years  of  production  experience  1－3年的生产工作经验

3、Team  Player  团队工作精神

4、Strong  interpersonal  and  communication  skills  较强的人际交往和沟通能力

5、Strong  analytical  and  problem  solving  skills  较强的分析和问题解决能力

6、Operational  level  of  English  能够熟悉运用英语
