职位描述/Position  Description：  
            R&D及其下属部门预算管理与成本控制。  
            Responsible  for  the  budget  management  and  cost  control  in  R&D  and  subsidiary  departments.  
              
              
            主要职责/Main  Responsibilities：  
            .  R&D及其下属部门年度与项目预算的制定、管理；  
            Annual  &  Project  budget  establishment  and  management  in  R&D  and  subsidiary  departments.  
            .  管理部门采购需求，实行成本控制；  
            Manage  the  requisition  of  purchasing  and  responsible  for  cost  down.  
            .  部门内费用申请审核及报销核算；  
            Review  and  approve  the  expense  application  and  report.  
            .  部门内固定资产的管理。  
            Management  of  capital  asserts  in  department.  
              
              
            任职要求/  Qualifications：  
            ·  本科以上汽车相关专业；Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  automotive  major.·  具有良好的英语表达能力，能用英语作为工作语言，通过大学英语四级；Able  to  work  in  English  smoothly,  CET-4  qualified.·  熟悉财务管理流程和系统；Acquainted  with  the  process  and  system  for  financial  affairs.·  3年以上成本管理工作经验(汽车行业优先)。At  least  three  years’  experience  in  cost  management(experience  in  auto  industry  is  preferred).
