            Manage  engine  assembly  line  team,  achieve  production  task  and  5S  
            ●分析并改进班组安全、质量、成本、交期、环境和士气  
            Analyze  and  improve  safety,  quality,  cost,  delivery,  environment  and  morale  of  team  
            ●参与生产线建设，协助完成生产管理流程  
            Participate  in  line  build  during  the  launch,  assist  to  build  production  workflow  
            ●支持上级主管完成部门目标  
            Support  Group  leader  to  fulfill  department  target  
              
            主要职责/Major  Responsibilities:  
              
            ●负责制定班组业务计划  
            In  charge  of  drafting  the  team  business  planning  
            ●负责班组建设及管理  
            In  charge  of  building  and  managing  the  team  
            ●负责操作工绩效考核  
            In  charge  of  performance  procedure  for  operators  
            ●参与新产品量产  
            Prepare  for  a  new  model  launch.  
            ●保证本区域的安全、质量、环境等符合公司相关标准  
            Ensure  that  safety,  quality,  and  environment  and  so  on  covered  under  the  responsible  area  meet  company  standards.  
            ●确保在本区域内达到安全健康法规要求  
            Ensure  that  HSS  Legal  Requirements  are  met  in  area  of  responsibility.  
            ●负责培训操作工  
            In  charge  of  training  operator  
            ●负责检查员工作业的正确性和标准遵守率  
            In  charge  to  verify  the  respect  of  the  procedure  standard  and  corrects  if  necessary  
            ●负责生产作业文件持续改善  
            In  charge  of  improving  the  operation  procedure  
            ●负责解决生产异常问题  
            In  charge  of  solving  the  production  and  quality  problem  
              
              
            任职条件Qualifications:  
              
            ●大专或高级技工学校毕业  
            College  or  senior  technical  school  graduated  
            ●2年以上班组管理经验  
            More  than  2  years  in  team  leader  position  experiences  
            ●2年以上发动机装配工作经验或5年以上装配工作经验  
            More  than  2  years  experiences  in  engine  assemble  line  or  5  years  experiences  in  assemble  line  
            ●基本个人电脑技术知识  
            Basic  Personal  computer‘s  skill  and  knowledge  
            ●英语使用技能  
            English  language  ability
