工作职责  Responsibilities：  
            在工业化或车型项目中，保证总装设备满足产品工艺、功能及符合相关标准和法规要求  
            Write  the  specifications  starting  from  the  standards,  following  the  functional  need  expressed  by  the  project  engineer.  
              
            1、根据新车型产品信息输入，对生产线及设备进行分析，规划(熟练操作CATIAS软件，能够进行汽车3D数据装配性分析)。  
            Analyze  the  expression  need,  control  feasibilities  and  initialize  the  business（be  familiar  at  CATIA,  have  the  skill  for  analyze  the  car  3D  data）.  
            2、负责总装工程新设备与新技术、新材料、新工法的引进开发；  
            Take  responsibility  for  the  new  assembly  equipment,  and  import  the  new  material  ,new  technical  solution  and  new  process  .  
            3、负责总装工程设备的方案企划及预算；  
            Take  responsibility  for  the  assembly  equipment  technical  solution  and  evaluate  the  project  budget.  
            4、负责设备选型、工艺能力分析，制定设备技术要求，招标文件，并参与技术谈判。  
            Write  the  specifications  and  engage  the  requests  purchases,  Carry  out  the  external  consultation.  Analyze  and  evaluate  the  technical  offers  for  choice  of  the  supplier  in  agreement  with  purchase  department.  
            5、负责签署技术协议，图纸会签等设备技术工作；  
            Take  responsibility  for  the  technical  agreement,  drawing  check,  confirming  the  process  of  manufacturing  and  installation  ,monitoring  the  situation  of  use,  analysis  and  control  the  quality.  
            6、对设备供应商实施项目管理，并保证不同供应商和不同项目间设备的植入。  
            Work  with  Logistics  and  Technology  Departments  to  ensure  the  conveyor  is  complete  and  correct  in  the  final  assembly  workshop.  
            7、负责设备供应商设计、制造、安装、调试、现场问题处理和验收工作。  
            Ensure  the  follow-up  of  the  studies,  the  realization,  the  installation  ,the  try  out  and  the  receipt  equipment  
            8、收集汇总、整理相关设备技术文件，并归档。  
            Collect  and  arrange  the  information  of  the  assembly  equipment  project,  set  up  the  filecreation.  
            9、支持3C认证、生产一致性认证、免检认证、ISO-14000、TS16949等相关审核工作；  
            To  support  the  certification  of  3C/ISO-14000/TS16949.  
            10、完成上级主管分配的其它相关工作。  
            Complete  the  temporary  job  the  supervisor  required.  
              
            任职条件/  Qualifications：  
            1、本科以上学历。  
            Bachelor  degree  or  above.  
            2、熟悉汽车结构及其相关零件，熟练应用CATIA软件进行工作。  
            Be  familiar  with  the  car  and  the  relevant  part,  
            3、具有在汽车企业工作2年以上经验或相关企业经验。  
            Have  2  years  working  experience  in  automobile  company  or  relevant  company  working  experience  
            4、英语能力—四级以上。  
            English  skills  required---CET4.  
            5、良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强  
            Good  respected  spirit,  good  team  work  skills.  
            6、软件应用Software  (Word,  Excel,  CAD,  MS  Project
