岗位职责：
？  Prepare  prototype  samples  according  to  R&D’s  requirement  via  3D  printing
？  Supervise  and  guide  workers  on  new  sample  build
？  Prototype  sample  build  progress  monitor  and  finish  in  time
？  Design  fixture/tool  based  on  prototype  sample  requirement,  fabricate  fixture/tool  via  machining
？  Maintenance  and  troubleshooting  on  equipment  in  workshop  and  work  with  supplier  for  machine  debugging
？  Prototype  sample  build  problem  solving
？  Record  cycle  time  and  process  parameter  during  sample  build,  record  and  summarize  problem  during  sample  build
？  Responsible  for  effective  5S  and  TPM,  spare  parts  management
？  Understand  and  implement  quality  management  system  requirements
？  Ensure  work  safety  in  prototype  workshop  and  ensure  that  no  security  incidents
？  Completion  of  other  tasks  that  supervisor  designated

任职要求：
？  Above  2  years  mechanical  design  experience  in  automotive  component  industry.  Strong  practical  ability
？  Proficient  in  machining  center,  CNC  lathe  and  other  processes.  Familiar  with  Fanuc,  Siemens  CNC  system  programming,  etc;
？  Application  experience  on  measuring  tools  (caliper,  height  gauge,  micrometer)
？  Familiar  with  CAD/CATIA  drawing,  able  to  understand  process  drawings  and  product  dimensions.  Good  knowledge  of  the  mechanical  assembly  drawing  design,  rich  experience  in  mechanical  drawing
？  Familiar  with  office;  Understand  TS16949  quality  system
？  Have  good  professional  ethics,  dedication  and  fighting  spirit,  and  have  good  team  spirit
？  English  (Speak:  60%  -  Written/Read:  60%)
