岗位职责：
？  Responsible  for  effective  management  and  development  of  prototype  workshop  and  achieving  KPI
？  Communicate  with  internal  customer  (Sales,  PM,  R&D)  for  sample  technical  requirement  and  develop  sample  build  plan
？  Coordinate  with  Process  Engineer  to  get  technical  support  for  sample  build  (process  flow  chart/work  instruction/  fixture/tool)
？  Coordinate  with  purchase  to  order  raw  material  and  coordinate  parts  receiving,  sign-off  and  apply  for  sample  build
？  Component  3D  print  for  prototype  sample  build  based  on  R&D  request
？  Coordinate  with  production,  SCM,  quality,  and  other  departments  to  confirm  sample  build  plan
？  Work  with  Quality  Engineer  in  sample  quality  control  and  improvement,  ensure  0  defect  and  sample  delivery  to  customer  on  time
？  Supervise  and  guide  technician  /operators  on  sample  build
？  Prototype  sample  build  problem  solving
？  Responsible  for  spare  parts/sample  inventory  management.
？  Record  and  summary  problem  during  sample  build  and  feedback  to  Process  Engineer  and  R&D
？  To  ensure  the  work  safety  in  prototype  workshop  and  ensure  that  no  security  incidents
？  Completion  of  other  tasks  that  manager  designated

任职要求：
？  Above  3  years  process  control  experience.
？  Have  experience  of  technical  process  design  and  quality  control,  include  the  control  plan  and  working  instruction
？  3  Years  working  experience  in  Electric/Electronic  PCBA/Product  Manufacturer  is  prefer.
？  Above  2  years  project  management  experience
？  Excellent  communication  and  problem-solving  skills
？  Result  oriented
？  Self-motivated
？  Fluent  English  &  Chinese  both  spoken  and  written  is  mandatory
？  English  (Speak:  80%  -  Written/Read:  80%)
