Duties:

1、  Responsible  management  of  customer  projects  within  the  factory  and  supervision  of  all  project  aims  (cost,  schedule,  quality)

2、  Setting  the  target  costs  (quotation  calculation)  /  budgeting  and  project  scheduling  in  coordination  with  the  operating  departments

3、Single  point  of  contact  for  the  customer

4、  Creation  of  time  schedules  for  customer

5、  Functional  leadership  of  the  project  team

6、Creation  of  the  list  of  open  issues  (LOI)

7、  Ensuring  the  execution  of  the  project  in  accordance  with  the  applicable  process  description

8、  Conduct  regular  project  team  meetings

9、  Preparation  and  participation  in  project  reviews

10、Change  management  including  calculation,  quoting  and  negotiation  with  the  customer.  Ensuring  the  order  is  received  and  the  engineering  change  requests  is  started  in  the  organization

11、  Organizing  and  conducting  approvals  in  accordance  with  the  applicable  process  description





Requirements:

1、  Completed  technical  degree  or  equivalent  qualification

2、  Several  years  of  experience  in  project  management  in  plant  engineering  and  special  purpose  machinery  manufacture  (nice  to  have)

3、  Experienced  handling  of  MS  Office  and  MS  Project  software

4、  Buisness  fluent  Englisch  speaking  and  writing

5、Good  relations  with  customers  and  suppliers

6、Basic  knowledge  of  project  management  tools  and  their  use

7、Communication  skills:  Ability  to  coordination,outgoing  personality,  persuasiveness,  assertiveness,  ,  target-oriented  communication,  bargaining  strength  and  negotiating  skills

8、  Willingness  to  travel
