1.  Diploma's  degree  or  above,  Chemical&engineering  大专以上学历，化学或工程相关专业

2.  Process  control  and  improvement  experience  with  a  manufactory  is  required  有工厂工艺控制和改进经验

3.  Automotive  industry  experience  is  preferred.有汽车行业喷漆工作经验优先

4.Knowledge  related  to  chemical  and  painting  system  熟悉喷涂工艺流程

5.  Skills-  Good  English  skill,  good  MS  excel  skill.熟练使用excel、word等办公软件，良好的英语能力；

Main  Job  Responsibilities:

1.Solve  machine  and  process-related  problems  in  manufacturing  processes

解决生产过程中的设备和流程相关的问题；

2.Initiate,  evaluate  and  implement  process  yield  improvement  programs

发起，评估和执行项目改进方法

3.Generate  and  update  PFD,PFEMA,SOP,etc.编写和更新PFD  PFEMA,SOP等等

4.Monitor  process  and  equipment  capabilities  and  develop  strategy  to  improve  and  reduce  process  variability  管理监控过程，设备能力和发展战略以提高或减少流程可变性                                        

5.Responsible  for  preparations  of  new  product  runs,  including  identifying  equipment  and  fixture  needs,  programming,  temperature  profiling  of  ovens,  equipment  setup,  packaging  design  and  any  special  set-up  procedures负责准备新产品的运行，包括工装夹具设备识别，规划，烤箱温度，设备安装，包装，设计和特殊程序

6.Implement  cost  reduction  activities  for  painting  负责减低喷漆线成本

7.Cost  analysis  and  Painting  process  design  喷漆成本分析和喷漆流程设计

8.Develop  and  implement  new  equipment  and  processes  to  meet  product  requirements  and  improve  quality  and  productivity  推行新设备或新流程以满足生产需要和提高质量和效率

9.Handling  and  controlling  of  the  safety  guidelines.安全方针贯彻执行和安全生产监控

10.Maintain  and  improve  Safety  &  Environment  for  production  system  负责生产体系中安全和环境管理改进

11.Troubleshooting  for  paint  quality喷漆质量的问题分析解决

12.Any  other  tasks  assigned  by  supervisor    主管分配的其他工作

13.Good  CIP  performance  良好的绩效表现

14.The  guider  of  the  others  ME,  can  support  the  others  project  if  needed.能提供其他项目支持，其他ME的工作指导者
