2.  More  than  8  years  and  last  3  years  supervisor  experience  for  process  control  and  improvment  experience  with  a  manufactory,

Main  Job  Responsibilities:主要工作职责    

1.  Working  operative  in  the  fields  of  Automotive  products,  the  corresponding  PLC  programming  and  tool  management.  熟悉汽车零部件产品，工装管理。    

2.  Ensure  efficient  operation  of  the  manufacturing  team.  确保制造团队的高效运行。
3.  Meet  customer  requirements  such  as  quality  and  delivery  time  by  directing  plant  operations  according  to  established  company  policies.  根据既定的公司战略指导制造部门运行，满足客户的质量和交货时间等要求。
4.  Ensure  that  quality,  cost  and  production  targets  and  metrics  are  identified  and  delivered.  确保交付质量、完成成本，生产目标和指标。
5.  Maintain  a  clean,  safe  and  injury  free  environment  in  the  area  of  manufacturing.  确保制造区域的清洁、安全和无工伤事故。
6.  Regular  reporting  about  the  current  status  of  the  machines  and  process.  定期报告设备和制程状况
7.  Continuous  improvement  of  quality  costs.  持续改进质量降低成本。
8.  Documentation  of  changes  and  processes.  文档的编制和修正。    

9.Be  family  with  Lean  knowledge  熟悉精益生产。    

10.Can  write  and  edit  PFMEA  and  improvement  constantly  会编写PFMEA，并持续改善。    

11.optimize  line  layout,  raw  materials  flow  design  产线布局优化，物料流改善。    

12.  Other  tasks  assigned  by  management.  完成其他管理层分配的任务。
