Reports  to:  Purchase  Manager  采购经理
Key  accountabilities：
1.  Responsible  for  purchasing  cutter  tool,  equipment，  frock负责机加工等汽车零部件等直接材料的采购
2.Order  replenishment  and  follow  up日常需求订单及交付跟进
3.Manage  supplier  performance  on  quality  delivery  and  service管理供应商日常的质量交付及服务
4.Be  familiar  with  contract  and  bidding  process熟悉合同及竞标相关流程
5.Supplier  base  optimize供应商团队优化

Job  Requirements：
Seniority
1.Manufacturing  or  related  professional  education  qualification  or  above  制造或相关专业专科及以上学历
2.Have  been  trained  with  ERP  system  and  purchasing  受过ERP系统、采购等方面的培训
3.Younger  than  40  years  old  年龄不超过40岁
4.Ability  to  speak  English  or  Italian  Fluently  具有流利英语或意大利语沟通能力。
  
Experience:
1.Machining  technology  product  or  manufacturing  experience  in  automotive  or  machining  etc  of  purchasing  experience  above  5  years.5年以上机加工产品工艺或制造部门工作经验或在机加工等汽车零部件方面的采购经验。
  
Skills:
1.Have  the  comprehensive  knowledge  of  machining  technology具有较全面的机加工工艺知识；
2.Analysis  experience  of  problems  during  the  process  of  supplier  development,  process  control,  product  production对供应商过程控制、开发、产品试制过程中出现的问题具有初步的分析处理经验
3.Ability  to  communicate  and  have  negotiation  skills  具有一定谈判技巧和协调沟通能力
