Responsiblities:
1.Support  new  products  launch
2.Coordinate  with  plant  technical  departments  to  define  the  layout  and  process  flow
3.Time  study  and  line  balance  for  new  products  set  up
4.Be  responsible  for  the  calculation  and  analysis  of  industry  indicator,  modification  of  flow  and  process  of  workshop,  connect  the  different  departments  to  solve  exist  problem  in  workshop
5.Support  the  continuous  improvement  for  process  in  the  plants
6.Extend  and  track  Lean  manufacturing  and  correlative  projects
7.Collect  the  kaizen  ideas  from  the  operators  and  push  to  realize
8.Regularly  send  the  information  of  plant  to  the  Headquarter
Qualification:
1.Bachelor  degree  or  above  ,major  in  Industrial  Engineering  or  Mechanical
2.Minimum  5  years  manufacturing  experience  in  process  engineering  or  IE
3.Good  communication  and  team  work  player,  work  independently
4.Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  at  all  levels
5.Good  leadership  skills  and  interpersonal  skills
6.Proficiency  in  MS  office  tools  (Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint...)
