1)Process  Planning  and  Optimization  流程计划和优化
-Guides  and  coordinates  Advanced  Manufacturing  activities  within  development  projects
指导并协调开发与运营项目中的先期生产活动
-Ensures,  supports,  and  develops  manufacturing  capacities  in  plants,  monitors  and  audits  adaptation  of  manufacturing  best  practices  and  standards  in  the  plant
确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能,  控制并审查工厂内对生产***实践和标准的适应情况
2)Quality  Insurance  of  the  deliverables  保证质量与交付
-Be  in  charge  of  the  quality  execution  of  Advanced  Manufacturing  Engineering  tasks  as  defined  on  PLUS  timeline
对投产系统时间表上安排的先期制造工程任务进行质量管理。
3)Assembly  Time  Definition  装配时间
-Uses  industrial  engineering  methods  to  determine  the  assembly  time.  使用工业工程的模式定义装配时间
4)Equipments  设备
-Provides  specifications  for  manufacturing  equipment  in  line  with  BOS  standards  and  recommendations  for  equipment  procurement
根据BOS的标准提供生产设备的规格，并提出针对设备采购的建议
-Develops  assembly  aids  and  fixtures
开发装配工具及工装
-Implements  BOS  in  new  processes
在新流程中实施BOS制造体系
5)Product  Launch  Completion产品投产
-Works  with  factory-Teams  to  complete  product  launches
与工厂团队共同完成产品投产
6)Process  &  Tools  Improvement  流程&工具改进
-  Cooperates  with  Center  of  Excellence  for  further  development  of  Advanced  Manufacturing  tools  and  processes  (  R  )
与优化中心合作，进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
-  Improves  the  plant  and  process  layout  for  new  and  existing  products  (Proge  CAD)
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善（Proge  CAD）
-  Participates  and/or  leads  activities  for  manufacturing  footprint  analysis,  continuous  improvement  of  new  and/or  ongoing  manufacturing  process  and  lean  manufacturing  implementation
参与或领导与生产规模分析、对新的或现有生产流程的持续改进以及精益生产实施相关的活动
7)  Continuous  Improvement持续改进
-  Provides  input  to  improve  methods  for  optimizing  work  places
提供关于改进优化工作区域和流程的方法的建议
-  Improves  Advanced  Manufacturing  Engineering  competitiveness  and  customer  satisfaction  by  driving  continuous  improvement  activities  and  inspiring  innovations  of  ingenious  products,  services,  solutions  and  processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高前期制造的竞争力和客户满意度


Competency  Requirement  能力要求：
-Bachelor’s  Degree,  major  in  engineering  preferred.
本科或以上学历，工程专业优先。
-Manufacturing  /  Mechanical  Engineering  Background,  5years  of  working  experience  in  manufacturing  or  related  field.
电子或机械工程背景，在制造或相关领域有5年工作经验。
-Equipment  specification  &  procurement
