工作概要
负责新项目制造过程开发工作，在满足公司程序文件和PLP流程的前提下在时间节点、质量和成本三方面确保新项目按计划完成。达到新项过程开发的0-0-0-100-30的总体目标。

主要职责
1．负责分析及制定新项目的工时定额和人员需求，完成成本评估，产能规划，完成新产品报价

2．负责编制并更新工艺文件包括工艺流程图、平面布局图、PFMEA、产能分析表和作业指导书等；制定产品装配的工艺流程，设计装配区域的平面布局

3．根据工艺流程，会同项目组相关人员策划生产设备和工装，确定过程参数，主导生产设备安装调试
和技术验收，并归档相关资料。

4．负责制订新项目的设备方案，设计或选择新设备与工装、工位器具、工具及其相关的工艺装备，并参与供应商的定点工作，确保新设备和工装符合安全、质量防错和人机工程的要求。

5．参与新项目设备的安全危险源评估，制订相应管理改进方案；培训、指导及监督员工及机修的安全操作。
Lead  the  EHS  evaluation  and  find  the  dangerous  points  from  the  lines,  and  then  make  improvement,  train  the  operators  and  maintenance  peoples  for  safe  operation.
6．负责MBOM的编制更新及追溯系统中的工艺流程设置的审核。
Be  responsible  for  MBOM,  lead  the  setup  of  trace  system.
7．负责新项目开发流程中的客户产线审核及各种试制，建立和跟踪制造问题清单、确保问题的及时解决，并对产品设计的改进提出意见。
Be  responsible  for  customer  process  audit,  and  samples  building,  to  create  the  open  issues  list  of  the  project  and  line,  and  then  close  the  issues  and  improvements.
8．参与客户质量问题的分析和解决。分析过程缺陷，协助横向工程师解决相关问题。

9．保持与行业***和方法的同进，能够在新产品的过程开发中消化并运用这些技术。
