职位描述
Job responsibilities:1. Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas market customers, analyzing customer needs, providing customer service and solutions;
2. In charge of customer relationship maintenance, friend analysis, sales strategy formulation, business negotiation and sales development
3. Manage, guide and support the work of the sales manager
4. Communicate with internal senior management and report to the sales director:
1) Be responsible for customer sales related work and complete the company's sales targets
2) Develop new high-quality customers and establish long-term business relations according to the company's strategy
3) Regularly visit existing customers and maintain a good interactive relationship with customers
4) Accurately transfer the customer's new project information to the sales manager and track the new product development project
5) Provide project background information and assist the commercial department to provide quotation timely and accurately
6) Customer relationship management: sort out the customer's internal procurement decision-making process, design process, manufacturing process, after-sales process and whole life management process, get familiar with the person in charge of the key nodes of each process and establish a good relationship
7) Customer demand management: understand the core and potential needs of customers and the customer product development plan, feed back to the company's development department in time, and assist the development department in formulating the new product development plan
8) Market analysis and promotion: identify competitors in the same industry and regularly feed back competitors; Track customer market planning and expected projects; Participate in marketing activities and collect information (exhibitions, seminars...)
9) Accurately formulate the annual / monthly product sales plan to guide the company's internal production, maximize the market demand and reduce the period cost
10) Ensure that the monthly sales return funds of the responsible customers are in place in a timely manner
11) Timely handle customer complaints such as product delivery date and quality to ensure that customer satisfaction meets the company's objectives
12) Timely coordinate the company's resources to deal with various emergencies involving customers to ensure the minimum negative impact
13) Other temporary tasks assigned by the company leaders
Job requirements:
1. University full-time bachelor degree or above, major in automobile, machinery, marketing, etc., under the age of 35 (for those with excellent conditions, it is appropriate to relax)
2. More than 5 years of overseas key customer development and sales experience, with strong planning, execution, organization, coordination, negotiation and decision-making ability
3. Having sales experience and mature customer resources in new energy vehicle battery related systems and OEMs is preferred
4. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
5. Have high work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, dare to accept challenges, and be able to complete work under great pressure
6. Proficient in office software
