Project  Manager  for  IEB  SAP  S/4  Hana  implementation  China

Within  IEB  we  are  looking  for  a  Project  manager  to  lead  our  China  implementation.  In  that  role  you  have  proven  leadership  experience  and  the  ability  to  lead  in  different  cultural  settings.  You  should  have  proven  record  working  with  SAP  implementations,  Chinese  as  well  as  Western  Europe  cultural  and  industry  experience,  well  reversed  in  the  legal,  fiscal  and  security  regulations  within  China  and  able  to  express  yourself  verbally  and  written  in  both  English  and  Mandarin.

The  type  of  activities  that  you  will  drive  and  contribute  in  are  exemplified  by;
?  Lead  the  implementation  /  roll-out  of  IEB  in  China  industrial  hub
?  Build  -up  and  ensure  resources  in  the  program  organisation  in  the  receiving  end  in  the  production  site  in  China
?  Keep  an  oversight  on  all  the  project  activities  related  to  the  China  SAP  S/4  implementation  and  secure  good  coordination  between  the  IEB  working  streams  and  receiving  business
?  Be  empowered  to  make  decisions  on  behalf  of  the  local  organisation/  Receiving  unit  with  regards  to  IEB
?  Lead  local  resources  and  activities  (business  +  IT)  including  data  and  test  preparation  related  to  IEB
?  Plan  and  lead  the  local  Cutover  activities
In  this  role  reporting  to  the  IEB  program  manager  &  Head  of  IEB  organization

Your  profile
You  have  a  university  degree  within  engineering  or  equivalent.
Proven  Leadership  experience  from  senior  roles  and  SAP  S/4  experience  from  larger  implementations  within  relevant  area.
You  speak  English  and  Mandarin  fluently  and  are  well  reversed  in  both  cultures.
