岗位职责：

一、质量管理体系的运行及维护

1、负责组织实施客户的审核和改进工作；

2、对审核中存在的问题进行跟踪验证；

3、审核资料进行存档管理。

二、质量问题的处置

1、负责公司内部和外部质量问题和事故的调查、分析及处理工作；

2、负责对所采取的改进措施实施情况进行验证；

3、完成项目措施实施的8D报告和纠正预防措施验证及评价；

4、质量问题处置及改进的存档管理工作。

三、质量数据统计分析

1、每月对生产过程的质量数据进行分析，对产品不合格PPM值、工序PPM值和一次交验合格率进行分析控制；

2、对生产过程统计的结果进行分析，确定影响质量因素；

3、对外部质量数据产品不合格PPM进行分析，制定改进措施并监督实施；

四、对质量检验人员进行工作指导及培训；

五、质量文件及数据的管理工作；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，3-5年质量管理工作经验；

2、至少5年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉IATF16949及汽车线束产品的生产工艺和作业流程；

3、接受过IATF16949体系、6西格玛质量管理等方面培训，并具备内审员资格；

4、熟练操作EXCEL，MINITAB软件。



Responsibilities:

一，  operation  and  maintenance  of  Quality  Management  System

1.  Responsible  for  organizing  and  implementing  customer  review  and  improvement;

2.  Tracking  and  verifying  the  questions  of  review;

3.  Archive  management  of  review  data.  

二，  Handling  the  quality  issues

1.  Responsible  for  surveying,  analyzing  and  handling  the  quality  issues  and  accident  of  company  internal  and  external;

2.Responsible  for  verifying  the  implement  of  adopted  improvement;

3.Finish  the  8D  report  of  project  measure;  verify  and  evaluate  the  correct  prevent  measures;

4.Handle  the  quality  issues  and  improve  the  archive  management.

三，  The  statistical  analysis  of  quality  data

1.Analyze  the  quality  data  of  productive  process  every  month  and  control  the  product  disqualification  PPM  value,  process  PPM  value  and  one-time  pass  rate.

2.Analyze  the  statistical  result  of  productive  process  and  identify  factors  affecting  quality;

3.Analyze  the  product  disqualification  PPM  value  of  external  quality  data.  Make  and  monitor  the  improvement  measures.

四，  Work  guidance  and  training  for  quality  inspection  personnel;

五，  Management  of  quality  files  and  data;



Job  qualifications:

1.College  degree  or  above,  3-5  quality  management  work  experience;

2.More  than  5  years  of  automobile  work  experience,  familiar  with  IATF16949  and  production  process  and  work  flow  of  vehicle  harness;

3.Received  training  of  the  IATF16949  system  and  6  Sigma  quality  management  and  have  the  qualifications  of  internal  auditor;

4.Skilled  operate  EXCEL  and  MINITAB  software.
