College  degree  or  above,  major  in  Elec.  Engineering,  Automotive  Engineering,  Quality  Engineering,  Mech.  Engineering,  Computer  Engineering  etc.

5+  year  experience  in  Elec.  Manufacture  industry  （  IQC,  IPQC  experience  is  Plus）

Coordinate  with  cross  functional  team,  monitor  and  support  supplier's  implementation  of  Advanced  Product  Quality  Planning  process.
