        1.  Continuously  analyze  and  understand  automotive  market  dynamics,  transfer  customer  requirements  to  internal  cross-function  team,  driving  product  innovation  to  meet  market  needs.    

        持续分析汽车市场动态,将客户需求传递给内部的跨职能团队,  推动产品创新，以满足市场需求。

        2.  Promote  company  products  and  proposal  to  target  customers,  adjust/implement  sales  strategies,  and  strive  for  more  orders  and  market  shares.

          向目标客户推广公司产品和解决方案,制定并实施销售战略，争取更多的订单与市场份额。

        3.  Monthly  sales  forecasting  &  sales  amount  review,  proceed  annual  and  long-term  business  development  initiatives,  ensure  monthly  sales  achievement  and  annual  financial  goals.

        月度评审销售预测与销售额，执行年度和长期业务开发计划，确保月度销售额达成和年度财务目标

        4.  Establish,  maintain  and  enhance  connections  with  responsible  customer  team.

  Position  Qualifications  任职要求

        1.  Automotive  industry  engineering  backgrounds  (e.g.  mechanical  engineering/automotive  engineering  etc.)

        汽车工业工程背景(例如机械工程/汽车工程等);

        2.  Fluent  English  capability,  both  in  oral  and  writing;

        流利的英语听说读写能力;

        3.  Good  understanding  of  the  automotive  OEMs,  market  and  industry  in  China;

        对中国汽车OEM、市场和行业有良好的了解;

        4.  Proficient  with  Excel/PowerPoint;

        精通Excel  /PPT;

        5.  Fundamental  ability  to  get  along  with  people  at  all  levels  of  responsibility,  be  able  to  work  under  pressure,  willing  to  take  challenge  with  initiative;

        6.  Reliable,  insightful,    pushy  with  good  logical  thinking
