职位描述
Responsibilities and tasks1 Preparing payroll monthly report , and paying on time
2 Analyse and collect pay statistics,and report of personnel cost & expenses
3 Dealing with the formalities of personnel
4 Dealing with endowment insurance,medical insurance and other benefits of company
5 Preparing Social insurance report monthly
Job competences
1 College degree or above
2 Working experience in HR for 1 year at least.
3 Be able to read and write in English
4 Understanding of the local labor laws and regulations
