职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES- Build a flexible test automation framework that can be used by reliability, functional test & dev-test engineers.
- Automate test scenarios by writing automation scripts using selected scripting languages.
- Implement an efficient, easy-to-use CI pipeline to test builds & generate automated test reports.
- Participate in functional specification, requirements & test case review to ensure erquired automation hooks are built in.
- Work closely with off-shore test engineers to ensure all automation tasks are completed.
- Mentor junior members of the team & provide technical leadership.
- Perform manual testing as needed to help the QE teams in times of pressure.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of quality engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- In-depth experience in test automation using Python, Perl, Java etc.
- Experience in CI pipeline setup using tools like Jenkins.
- Experience in common automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium etc.
- Experience in collaboration tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, etc.
- Experience in test automation in consumer facing products & embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development and QA lifecycles.
- Exceptional written & oral communcaition skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in test engineering in the automotive industry is highly desired.
