            POSITION  DESCRIPTION  
            TRIGO  operates  in  the  OEMs  plants,  close  to  the  quality  department,  and  provides  services  to  suppliers,  whose  locations  can  be  in  the  neighbourhood  or  at  the  other  side  of  the  world.  
            The  Technical  Support  Manager  reports  to  the  Technical  Department  Manager.  
            His  mission  is  to  manage  the  implementation  of  new  business  on  site  and  continuing  technical  support:  Support,  train  and  manage  new  teams,  Recruit  operators  
            Work  closely  the  site  manager  to  manage  the  early  phases  of  the  business:  
            ?  At  each  call,  be  in  touch  with  the  customer,  in  order  to  understand  its  bid:  Technical,  logistics,  tools,  resources.  Keep  informed  the  customer  of  the  process  and  matters.  
            ?  Establish  a  strong  relationship  with  the  quality  department  
            ?  Organize  operations  :  For  each  Quality  control,  deploy  resources,  documents,  methods,  reporting,  etc  …  
            ?  Manage  instructions,  controls  of  procedures,  Quality  audit,  control  of  leadtime,  etc  …  
            Current  Project  Management:  
            The  main  tasks  are  following:  
            -  Ensure  the  application  of  the  project  and  nuclear  quality  requirements  through  regular  inspection  of  the  supply  chain:  
            ?  define  the  inspection  planning  for  each  unit  to  be  manufactured  
            ?  issue  inspection  reports  
            ?  follow-up  of  non-conformities  raised  during  inspections  
            -  Reports  directly  all  events  which  may  have  significant  quality  risks  
            -  Before  each  factory  acceptance  tests,  performs  the  review  of  end  of  manufacturing  reports  and  authorizes  product  delivery  after  approval  
            -  Ensure  the  correct  application  of  product  and  process  changes  
            -  Promote  nuclear  quality  culture  along  the  supply  chain  
            -  Attends  the  factories  acceptance  tests  with  customer  
            -  Daily  reporting  to  the  project  team  
            -  Weekly  reporting  to  the  project  quality  group  manager  
              
            PROFILE  
            The  candidate  is  a  dynamic  and  self  starter  manager,  must  have  an  industrial  experience  in  the  production,  quality  or  logistics  domain  (we  usually  recruit  production  shift  leaders).  
            Polyvalent  skills:  
            ?  Good  communication  and  leadership  skills,  
            ?  Strong  experience  in  industrial  fields  with  high  quality  requirements  (nuclear,  railway,  aerospace)  in  term  of  traceability  and  product  life  cycle,  
            ?  Strong  quality  and  supply  chain  inspection  background,  
            ?  Strict  and  autonomous  person  with  technical  skills,  
            ?  Engineer  graduate,  with  more  than  5  years  experience,  
            ?  Fluent  in  English.
