POSITION  SUMMARY:  
Responsible  for  lean  manufacturing  (including  lean  projects)/6-sigma  organization  and  coordination.  
Organize  process  flow  and  product  audits  to  meet  the  TS16949  requirements.  
Utilize  the  6-sigma  tools  to  expose  and  analyze  issues  and  determine  opportunities  for  improving  production,  as  well  as  other  ARC  Qinghua  processes,responsible  for  analyzing  quality  and  process  data.  


MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS:  
1.Majored  in  engineering  or  management  with  mimimum  bachelor  degree  in  educatrion  
2.Experienced  in  auto  industries  for  operation  improvement  and  quality  control.6years  working  experiences  
3.Experienced  as  a  program  leader.Good  capability  for  organization  and  coordination.  
4.Skillfull  with  6  sigma,lean  and  TS  tools  
5.Understand  TS16949  standards  and  participated  TS16949  system  construciton  or  audit  work.  
6  Good  English  skills  and  can  independantly  use  English  in  work  and  can  also  help  others  to  complete  English  work  both  oral  and  written.  
7.Good  implementation  force.
