主要职责：

负责新项目竞标阶段的客户技术要求评估以及技术方案准备。
负责节气门产品的开发、验证和客户应用工作。
与全球工程团队对接支持和执行产品的本地化开发。
为产品设计和过程开发提供技术支持和验证工作。
为子零件供应商开发提供技术支持。
对公司新产品新技术及产品策略进行市场和客户推广提供支持。
对公司内问题解决以及质量和成本的持续改善提供技术支持。
对变更提供验证评估方案并实施试验验证。
职位要求：

大学本科学历，机械、车辆工程、内燃机或其他相关专业。
接受应届毕业生。
熟悉汽车零部件开发流程，有成功汽车功能性零部件开发经验者优先。
有整车发动机系统标定或进气系统经验者优先。
熟悉质量管理体系要求-TS16949及过程方法
熟练使用质量工具如APQP,  PPAP,  FMEA,  SPC,  MSA,  8D,  3Legged5Why，
有2D/3D开发能力，***可以熟练应用UG。
有较强的学习能力。
较强的动手能力，掌握常用办公软件。
工作主动上进，乐于沟通。
良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力。
业务骨干、业绩突出者优,受到单位先进个人表彰的候选人优先。
Key  Responsibilities：

Support  new  business  pursuit  for  customer  technical  requirement  evaluation  and  technical  solution  
Responsible  for  the  development,  validation  and  customer  application  of  electric  air  control  valve  (EACV).
Support  and  execute  local  development  and  validation  as  directed  lead  by  global  engineering
Technical  support  and  evaluation  for  products  design  and  manufacturing  process.
Technical  support  on  sub  components  supplier  development.
Marketing  support  for  the  new  products,  new  technology,  and  marketing  strategy  analysis  and  definition.
Support  production  problem  solving  and  continually  improvement  on  quality/cost
Support  validation  and  technical  review  on  changes.                                                            

Primary  Requirement  for  Candidate：

University  education  background  on  engineering,  mechanical,  vehicle  engineering,  ICE…
Familiar  on  vehicle  component  development  procedure,  has  successful  experience  on  vehicle/engine  component  development.
Be  familiar  with  vehicle  engine  calibration/  air  intake  application  will  be  better.
Familiar  with  quality  System  requirement–  IATF  16949  and  process  approach.
Familiar  in  quality  tools  application  such  as  APQP,  PPAP,  FMEA,  8D,  3Legged5Why  etc.  6  Sigma  and  Shainin  DOE  will  be  preferred.
Has  2D/3D  development  capability,  UG  is  recommended.
Good  sense  to  learn  quickly.
Strong  hands-on  skill;  good  at  office  software.
Easygoing  personality  and  good  communication.
Good  command  of  English  in  speaking  and  writing.
Employee  with  excellent  award  and  good  performance  candidate  is  preferred.
