主要职责：

·              负责注塑机日常管理和模具的维护保养；

·              负责注胶设备的日常管理和维护保养；

·              负责设备备件的管理；

·              主导注塑、注胶设备的改进和改造，不断提高设备使用效率；

·              为生产及设备维护人员提供工装模具相关专业培训；

·              负责带领技师对设备故障快速处理恢复。



职位要求：

·              大学本科学历，机械相关专业。

·              5  年以上相关工作经验。

·              有注塑或注胶设备使用、维护经验。

·              较强的动手能力，掌握常用办公软件。

·              具有良好的学习能力和沟通能力，工作积极主动，具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。

·              英语良好。

Key  Responsibilities：

Responsible  for  injection  molding  machines  and  modules  maintenance.
Responsible  for  vacuum  casting  equipment  and  vacuum  pump  maintenance.
Responsible  for  spare  parts  control.
Implement  Continue  Improvement  for  OE  better.
Provide  training  for  operator  and  maintenance  team.
Lead  regular  and  preventive  maintenance  in  plant.



Primary  Requirement  for  Candidate：

·              University  education  background  on  mechanical  engineering  &  automation  or  other  related  major.

·              5  or  above  years  related  working  experience.

·              Be  knowledgeable  on  manufacturing  engineering.

·              Good  sense  to  learn  quickly.

·              Strong  hands-on  skill;  good  at  office  software,  Be  skillful  on  documentation.

·              Passion  for  job  and  good  communication.

·              Good  command  of  English  in  reading  and  writing.
