主要职责:



·              负责新产品新项目工艺流程开发，相应方法、工装、设备研究。

·              工艺文件编制（工艺流程，失效模式分析，控制计划，作业指导书，M-BOM等工艺相关文件）。

·              负责新品研发阶段的样件工艺、设备、工装等的准备。

·              负责新设备、新生产线设备技术要求的编写、方案评估、设计评审、调试，负责设备、工装验收工作MQ1,MQ2。

·              生产人员培训（维修，作业员等）。

·              负责量产后产线设备，工装的设计、改进和改造。

·              负责解决生产过程中工艺、设备、工装、质量问题。

·              支持工艺、设备、工装、质量等持续改进工作。



职位要求:



·              大学本科学历，机电一体化、机械、工业自动化专业、仪表、计算机或其他相关工程专业。

·              2  年以上相关工作经验（工艺、设备设计、调试等）。

·              熟悉制造工艺，了解质量控制。(机电、工艺经验丰富者更佳)。

·              熟悉生产线和生产设备制造流程，了解精益设备理念。

·              有制造行业的经验。

·              熟悉装配和测试设备，对机械结构、工装经验丰富。

·              了解ME技能和质量工具（CPK,GRR,  mini  tab…）。

·              有较强的学习能力。

·              较强的动手能力，掌握常用办公软件。

·              愿意并善于做工艺文件的编写。

·              工作主动上进，乐于沟通。

·              可以用英语进行阅读，可以进行书面和口语沟通。

·              了解设备制造流程,熟悉机械制造，了解精益生产。

·              了解自动控制(PLC  等)及工业PC软硬件。

·              了解掌握常见功能设备、装置（机器人，智能仪表等）。

·              业务骨干、业绩突出者优,受到单位先进个人表彰的候选人为佳。

        Key  Responsibilities:



·              Be  responsible  for  process  development  for  new  process,  tool  and  machines.

·              Be  responsible  for  process  documentation  (PFD,  PFMEA,  ***,  WI,  doc.).

·              Be  responsible  for  prototype  sample  development:  process  flow,  equipment,  and  tooling.

·              Be  responsible  for  equipment  and  tooling  specification.

·              Lead  process  and  machine  design  review.

·              Be  responsible  for  refurbishment  of  equipment  and  tooling.

·              Be  responsible  for  ME  and  quality  problem  solving.

·              Support  on  CI  activity.

  





Requirement  for  candidate:    

·              University  education  background  on  engineering,  mechanical,  automation.

·              2  or  above  years  working  experience.  （strong  mechanical  and  electrical  skill  is  preferred）.

·              Be  experienced  on  manufacturing  engineering  and  quality  control.

·              Be  familiar  with  assembly  and  lean  equipment.

·              Good  sense  to  learn  quickly.

·              Understand  ME  skill  and  quality  tools(CPK,GRR，mini  tab…)

·              Strong  hands-on  skill;  good  at  office  software.

·              Be  experienced  on  mechanical  design  and  trouble  shooting.

·              Be  skillful  on  documentation.

·              Easygoing  personality  and  good  communication.

·              Good  command  of  English  in  speaking  and  writing.

·              Be  knowledgeable  on  machine  building  process  and  automation.

·              Knowledge  on  industry  device（robot，instruments）.

·              Candidates  with  PLC  and  PC  programming  knowledge  are  preferred.

·              Candidates  with  excellent  award  and  good  performance  candidate  are  preferred.
