职责要求：
1.  对潜在供应商进行现场审核，评估潜在供应商生产现场是否能满足我司技术、制造和质量要求。
2.  导入APQP会议，跟踪项目时间、质量控制及相应状态，确保供应商理解和执行APQP流程和PPAP要求，批准PPAP，保证新项目按时间要求和质量要求完成。
3.  进行新项目量产准备审核，评审和批准新项目工艺工装、模具检具及质量计划，保证量产质量的一致性、稳定性。
4.  监控新项目交货及质量状态，处理质量问题。
5.  支持工厂团队，特别是采购、产品工程及制造工程涉及的与供应商质量相关的工作。
6.  对供应商已批准过程进行监控，保证变更受控。
7.  跟踪供应商的问题解决，确认根本原因和改善措施有效性，并按时、按计划完成。
8.  监控供应商质量绩效，并通过周期性评价、督导及审核维持和改善供应商绩效。
9.  制定供应商开发计划，通过供应商绩效分析、技术评审、现场审核及其它方法，识别供应商系统原因，并讨论改善措施，监督供应商实施，提高供应商制造工艺能力、质量系统保证能力等。
10.  管理量产产品的变更。
任职要求：
1.  学士学位以上，工科/质量相关，有塑料注塑、金属冲压、压铸等经验优先。
2.  三年以上汽车行业经验。
3.  二年以上APQP/PPAP执行经验。
4.  熟悉FMEA/SPC/MSA等质量工具，有VDA相关知识优先。
5.  较强的质量问题解决能力，熟练使用5why/8D/6sigma等质量工具。
6.  熟练使用MS  office工具(Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint,  Project)。
7.  积极的工作态度和思考问题态度。
8.  流利的英语沟通能力。
9.  良好沟通急能。
10.  能适应高频国内出差。
Responsibilities:
1.  Conduct  onsite  supplier  assessment  for  potential  new  suppliers.  Assess  supplier  manufacturing  facilities  and  determine  if  supplier  is  capable  of  meeting  our  technical,  manufacturing,  and  quality  requirements.
2.  Conduct  APQP  meetings  with  suppliers.  Assuring  supplier  understanding  and  compliance  with  APQP  processes  and  product  PPAP  submission  and  part  approval  requirements.  Drive  supplier  PPAP  timing  plans,  and  submission  and  approval  dates  to  ensure  adherence  /compliance  to  program  timing.  Ensure  flawless  launch  execution.
3.  Conduct  onsite  supplier  production  readiness  assessments.  Reviewing  and  approving  supplier  manufacturing,  tooling  and  quality  plans  for  new  component  parts  and  assemblies.
4.  Monitor  supplier  performance  to  program  deliverables  and  part  quality.  Develop  and  implement  countermeasures  as  needed.
5.  Provide  Supplier  Quality  support  to  plant  functional  team  members  but  specifically  to  Purchasing,  Product  Engineering,  and  Manufacturing.
6.  Implementing  and  monitoring  supplier  part  qualification  and  certification  processes.
7.  Determining  root  cause  of  supplier  manufacturing  problems  and  implementing  timely,  effective,  and  efficient  quality  resolutions.
8.  Monitoring  supplier  performance  and  timely  drive  supplier  performance  improvement  by  review,  meeting  and  audit.
9.  Develop  continuous  improvement  plans  as  appropriate.  Improving  quality  performance  of  suppliers  by  conducting  onsite  workshops  at  supplier  locations,  providing  technical  assistance  in  developing  robust  manufacturing  and  quality  systems,  or  other  technical  support  as  required.
10.  Providing  technical  assistance  during  supplier  launch,  change  and  ongoing  production  activities.
Required  qualifications，Knowledge  base  requirements:
1.  Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality.
2.  3+  years'  experience  in  automotive.
3.  2+  years  Leading  APQP  Projects  and  2+  years  PPAP  Execution.
4.  Proficient  in  quality  tools  :  FMEA  ,SPC,  MSA,  control  plan,  etc.  VDA  experience  is  preferred.
5.  Strong  problem  solving  skills,  such  as  5WHY,  8D,  6sigma,  etc.
6.  Fluent  with  common  MS  office  programs  (Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint,  Project).
7.  Proactive  &  positive  thinking/working  style.
8.  Fluent  English  communication  skills.
9.  Good  communication  skill.
10.  Up  to  40%  Travel  Required.
