1  –  保证产品质量

-  负责通用的质量要求及特殊质量要求

-  协调和批准内外部返工

-  改进已实施的SPC，更新优化方案

-  根据生产线及客户类别监控产品质量（原材料、外购件、半成品、成品）

-  参与并保证客户端质量问题和供应商质量问题的改进，发现根本原因，协调改进行动计划直至问题关闭（测定效率，不同职能之间经验教训分享）

-  完成产品审核和过程审核，并确保行动计划实施

-  分析退回件，并改进

-  评审PFMEA，确保产品控制计划的更新

-  批准产品和过程变更，并提交给客户PPAP文件

-  完成初始产品/过程的评审，及确认长期过程的质量验证

-  完成岗位描述的所有必需工作，包括客户端及供应商方面

-  制定必要的措施，优化结果"

2  –  推动工厂质量活动

-  参与生产车间巡视和生产每日会议

-  监督和推动质量门和相关措施的执行，直至问题清晰

-  在项目移交时确认质量要求，并参与产品过程验证

-  完成过程审核，并协调改进行动计划直至问题最终关闭

-  协调和批准内外部不合格品的返工返修

-  对生产员工进行质量工具和质量方法的培训

-  对生产经理培训新产品新过程，以便对生产员工开展培训

-  依据SMART  DEV，参与新项目的开发（PMECA，  PPQA评审，检验方法，等）

-  协助前期质量负责人，批准新项目DAQ文件

-  参与制作设计失效模式报告，并关注反馈

-  向质量经理或生产经理汇报，依据工厂组织架构的设定

-  若对客户的风险一旦被确认，停止发运或生产"

3  –  参与改进管理

-  参与质量损失成本的分析

-  参与质量损失成本改进活动

-  检查行动计划实施的结果

-  推动工作小组

-  参与质量问题解决（改进/质量事故/纠正措施和/或预防措施）



职位要求：

1、本科学历；

2、质量工具知识，质量管理方法和标准；

3、了解汽车产品/工艺；

4、客户联络，自治，团队精神和沟通能力，反应能力；

5、掌握管理、审计和质量工具的能力；

6、控制产品/过程质量的能力。



Job  Responsibility:

Takes  general  or  specific  quality  requirements  into  consideration

Validates  sorting  and  rework

Practices  S  P  C  ;updating,optimization  of  instruction  control  sheets  etc..

Follows  up  quality  for  products(components,purchased  parts  and  finished  parts)for  each  customer,and  manages  related  action  plan

Negotiates  treatment  of  customer  and  supplier  quality  claims,  and  coordinates  progress  of  action  plans  until  final  looping(measurement  of  effectiveness,tranversalization

Carries  out  audits  of  products  and  production  processes  and  ensures  implementation  of  action  plans

Carries  out  analysis  and  treatment  of  warranty  returns

Performs  FMEA  ratings  and  ensures  updating  of  monitoring  plans  in  production

Validates  modifications  of  their  porducts  and  processes  and  submits  IS  to  customers

Carries  out  initial  process  audit,  validates  process  qualification  and  confirms  this  qualification  in  time

Performs  all  necessary  decisions  for  the  optimization  of  their  results  without  questioning  initial  data

Leads  main  quality  objectives  in  the  workshop

Participates  in  progress  management



Job  Requirement:

Bachelor's  degree

Knolwledge  of  quality  tools,  methods  and  standard  for  quality  management

Knowledge  of  automotive  product/process

Customer  liaison,  autonomy,team  spirit  and  communication  skills,reactivity

Ability  to  master  management,  audit  and  quality  tools

Ability  to  control  product/process  quality
