1.Implement  company  strategic  planning,  revision  daily  operation  and  related  system,  business  process.

2.For  each  department  operation  center  of  business  plans,  and  to  coordinate  the  work  of  the  department,  build-up  and  development  of  excellent  operation  team.

3.Establish  a  standardized  and  efficient  operation  management  system  and  optimizing.

4.Ensure  the  shop  floor  are  safety,  health,  environment  organize.

5.Actively  manage  Manufacturing,  Logistics,  Quality  department.

6.Actively  manage  the  on  line  issue  quickly  response  and  get  resolve.

7.Identify  areas  of  improvement  and  needed  infrastructure  to  support  Lean  manufacturing  initiatives.

8.Create  the  production  plan  and  make  sure  delivery  on  time.

9.Formalize  a  equipment/tooling/production  engineer  function,  tied  to  Product  Engineering,  emphasizing  mistake  proofing.

10.Participate  in  the  development  and  implementation  of  a  quality  assurance  strategy  including  the  preparation  of  respective  instructions  and  manuals  that  ensure  all  materials,  product  parts  and  components  meet  all  standards.

11.Manage  the  quality  assurance  systems  IATF  16949  including  inspections,  sampling  and  the  testing  of  incoming  material  as  well  as  the  products,  components  and  parts  produced  by  the  company,  according  to  established  standards.

12.Lead  and  maintain  PPAP  /  APQP  deliverables  to  ensure  internal,  customer  requirements  are  met.  Ensure  the  documentation  is  accurate,  organized,  posted,  maintained  and  followed  consistently.

13.Support  initiatives  to  improve  internal  performance  as  it  relates  to  scrap,  efficiency,  and  FTT.

14.Responsible  for  management  the  production,  logistics  management,  equipment  ，Quality  management,  production  delivery  and  keep  improvement.    

15.Perform  other  duties  as  required.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor  degree  or  above.


2.  At  least  10  years  manufacturing  management  experience  in  automotive  industry,  experience  should  include  Administrative  responsibilities,  Shop  Floor  Operations,  Quality,  logistic  and  Engineering.

3.Working  experience  in  Lean  manufacturing.

4.Optimistic,  passionate,  enthusiastic,  honest,  trustworthy,  high  level  of  integrity.

5.Strong  interpersonal  skills  and  works  well  with  others  at  all  levels  -  up  and  down  line.

6.Knowledge  of  IATF16949  and  APQP.

7.Familiar  with  tools  such  as  D/PFMEA,  DFMA,  VA/VE,  DOE,  DVP&R,  PPAP  etc.

8.  Fluent  oral  and  written  English  communication  skills.
