Responsibilities:

    

Make  gap  analysis  base  on  car  parc  and  vehicle  type/sales  &  customer  demand.  Make  the  NPD  plan.

Develop  the  new  product  according  to  the  technical  specification  requirement,  working  with  supporting  department  with  NPD  process  and  make  the  launch  plan.

Work  together  with  sales  team  for  the  volume  forecast  of  the  new  products.

Track  on  the  new  product  sales  performance  after  launch,  make  the  analysis  and  optimization  plan.

Manage  the  product  lifecycle,  phase  out  the  low/no  demand  product  from  the  range.

Work  with  global  PM  team,  check  global  range  and  bring  the  products  to  China  market  with  demand.

Work  on  localization  projects,  support  R&D  VAVE  to  keep  product  with  a  good  profits.

Technical  support  to  customers,  support  the  product  training.

                                

Requirements:



    

1.  Bachelor  degree,  major  in  automotive  engineering,  mechanical  engineering  or  business  management  (technical  orientation)

    

2.  Above  5  years’  experience  in  automobile  industry,  3+  years  with  product  management  experience

    

3.  English  capability  in  both  speaking  and  writing.
