  Attend  to  the  CR  phases  and  give  the  input  to  the  team  about  the  activities

  Prepare  costs  analysis  for  new  quality  equipment  need  in  new  project  in  the  offer  phase.

  Participate  in  the  project  review  meeting  and  coordinate  the  activities  of  QE  team.

      参加新项目的评审会议并且协调QE团队的活动。

  Report  to  the  Central  QMP  about  the  quality  status  of  the  project

      项目质量状态汇报给区域中心QMP。

  Work  on  continues  improvement  about  RL  an  HL  quality  development.

      对于尾灯和前灯质量开发持续改进。

  Implement  continues  improvement  methodology  in  Customer  protection  and  satisfaction.

      在客户保护和满意方面，执行持续改进方法。

  Work  strongly  with  ALHQ  in  Shanghai  and  report  about  progress  in  the  quality  improvement.

与ALHQ上海配合工作并且汇报质量改进的过程。

  Coach  the  team  of  the  new  QE  in  central  procedures  implementation  and  methodology.

培训新的QE流程执行和方法。

Qualification资质:

Engineering  or  technical  graduate工程或者工艺专业

  At  least  5  years  working  in  quality  assurance至少5年的质量保证工作经验

  Language  skills:  Native  language  and  Fluent  English,语言：母语和英语

  At  least  3  years  on  manager  position  with  team  leading.至少3年的带团队经理岗位经验
