Responsibilities:

1.  Be  responsible  for  indirect  purchasing(such  as  machinery  parts，Hand  tools,  Spare  parts,  some  equipment,  service,  package,  admin,  chemicals,  Industrial  gases,  PPE  and  so  on)

负责间接采购(如机械配件，手动工具，备品备件，部分设备，服务，包装，行政，化学品，工业用气，劳保用品等)

2.  External  supplier  sourcing  and  purchasing  

外部供应商的寻找和采购

3.  Make  the  contract  and  negotiate  the  best  commercial  terms  

起草合同和谈判***的商务条款

4.  Follow  up  all  the  deliveries  and  avoid  the  shortage  

跟踪交货避免短缺

5.  Coordinate  with  headquarters,  vendor  outsouring  in  China  

和总部协调，在本地开发供应商

6.  Developing  and  qualifying  suppliers  concerning  the  Quality  Management  System  (  ISO/  TS  16949/  ISO  14001)  

根据质量/环境体系要求，开发和批准供应商

7.  Update  supplier  data,  optimize  suppliers  in  quality,  service  and  price  

更新供应商信息，优化供应商的质量、服务和价格

8.  Maintain  effective  relationships  with  suppliers  

维护有效的供应商关系

9.  Assist  purchasing  director  to  prepare  purchasing  policies  and  precudures  

协助采购总监制定采购政策和采购程序

Master  other  environmental  protection  knowledge  in  ISO14001:  Environmental  Management  System.

掌握其他环境管理体系中所涉及的本岗位的环保知识。

  

Requirements：

1.  Guaduate  from  regular  university,  above  university  degree

正规学院毕业，本科学历或以上

2.  More  than  7years  of  working  experience  and  over  3  years‘  team  managment  experience

7年以上工作经验及3年以上的团队管理经验

3.  Have  related  purchasing  experience

具有相关采购经验

4.  Open-mind  person  

性格开朗

5.  Be  familiar  with  SAP  system  

熟悉SAP系统

6.  Can  understand  cost  structure  

懂成本结构

7.  Good  communication  and  negotiation  skills  

良好的沟通和谈判能力

8.  Good  English  in  both  speaking  and  writing  

良好的英语听说读写能力

9.  Team  work,  hard  working,  self  confident  

具有团队协作精神、工作努力、自信

10.Understand  environmental  factors,  important  environmental  factors,  environmental  risks,  environmental  objectives  management  plan,  environmental  protection  contingency  plans  and  so  on.

11.Other  environmental  protection  knowledge  in  ISO14001:  Environmental  Management  System.
