1.  Area  of  Responsibilities:

设备管理部门相关TPM文件资料制定与管理。

Create  related  WIs  for  TPM  from  maintenance  side.

负责编制公司生产设备维护保养计划，明确维护保养具体工作内容  及规定时间，做好相应记录。

Create  TPM  plan  for  whole  machines,  training  technicians  about  maintenance  procedures,  contents  ,  make  clear  records  and  maintenance  date.

观察设备运行中出现的故障情况进行分析，总结设备故障原因。做好易损件及非常规零配件管理工作。

Downtime  analysis  for  machines,  and  root  cause  analysis  to  reduce  the  downtime.  Management  for  wearing  parts  and  unconventional  parts.

负责设备维修记录统计汇总工作，制定设备运行月度状况报表，分析设备故障原因，制定改善措施，统计各车间设备故障率。

Responsible  for  summary  of  maintenance  records,  make  monthly  report  of  running  status  for  all  equipment  ,  analysis  root  cause  for  machine  downtime,  create  action  plans  for  improvement.

熟练运用西门子PLC,OMRON  PLC、  三菱PLC、西门子触摸屏、Proface触摸屏软件，能够应用Keyence与Banner的相机，熟悉变频与伺服系统，了解传统低压电气产品。

Familiar  with  OMRON,  Mitsubishi  PLC,  have  knowledge  of  traditional  low  voltage  electric  products

能够熟练使用CAD绘图，看懂基础的机械液压图纸。

Familiar  with  CAD,  can  read  machinery  hydraulic  draws

2.  Key  Requirements:

5+年以上维修工程师经验

At  least  5  years  maintenance  experience

大专及以上学历，基本英语沟通能力

College  and  above  degree  with  basic  oral  English  ability

有一定的电气和机械基础

Knowledge  of  electrical  and  mechanical  engineering

有变速箱自动化生产线维修经验的优先考虑

Nice  to  have  non-standard  fixture  automation  design  experience

有非标自动化开发经验优先考虑
