Job  Description

  PPAP  for  intercompany,  provide  trail  run  reports  for  external  suppliers,  handle  suppliers  complaints  &  rejected  in  SAP  after  SOP,  escalate  to  SQE  if  necessary.
To  set  the  inspection  module  in  SAP,  Compile  working  instructions  &  FCA  records,  update  PFMEA,  Control  plan.
  Collect  PPAP  packages  to  customers,  participate  in  IR@R  and  ER@R.
Process  quality  control  method  creation  and  updatation,  to  handle  with  high  scraps,  root  cause  analysis,  process  analysis,  follow  up  corrective  actions  for  non-confirmities/audit  findings  and  implement  the  verification.
To  handle  customer  complaints,  including  0KM  and  warranty  issues,  creat  the  notification  in  SAP,  submit  8D  report,  one  page  with  5  why/Fish  bone  tools.  Monthly  follow  up  quality  performance  in  customer  portal.
Focus  on  characteristics  check,  which  are  critical  and  special  or  non-conformites  in  Customer  complaints  or  process.
Follow  EPC  activities  until  Exit,  call  a  regular  meeting  for  actions  plan  in  quality  issues  of  EPC
Monitor  process  quality  performance,  Participate  in  QRQC  meeting,  high  involvement  in  CIP  projects.  Do  extradinary  control  and  sorting  if  necessary.
Participate  in  gauges  concept  review,  pre-accpet  gauges,  improve  detective  measures.
Complete  task  assigned  by  plant  quality  manager
Qualifications


Bachelor  degree  or  above,  Major  in  Engineering  &  Science
More  than  3  years  related  experience
Proficiency  in  IATF16949  system,  Quality  audit  and  Quality  Five  Tools
Proficiency  in  English  both  spoken  and  written  
Good  Communicate  skill
