Duties  and  Responsibilities：

1.  Handle  and  coordinate  internal  audits(Product  audit,  process  audit  and  system  audit)  and  reviews  to  ensure  continuous  implementation  and  adherence  to  customer  requirements  and  IATF16949.
2.  Monitor  compliance  with  the  requirements  of  IATF16949.
3.  Release  and  control  of  quality  system  documents.
4.  Control  and  protection  of  documents  and  records.
5.  Monitor  customer  satisfaction  levels.
6.  Coordinate  Layered  Process  Audits  (LPA).
7.  Coordinate  annual  management  reviews.
8.  Follow-up  open  issues  from  second  and  third  part  audits.
9.  Upgrades  to  the  quality  system  requirements  per  new  changes  in  the  standard.
10.  Coordinate  training  activities  related  to  customer  requirements  and  quality  tools.
11.  To  improve  the  safety,  occupational  health  and  environment  protection  related  with  work  flow.
12.  Other  tasks  assigned  by  Quality  Manager.


Qualifications  and  Requirements：  

1.  IATF16949  Lead  Auditor.
2.  Core  tools  certificate  (SPC,  MSA,  FMEA,  APQP  &  PPAP).
3.  Familiar  with  OEM  CSRs(Ford  Q1,  GM  BIQS,  VW  Formel-Q,  etc.)
4.  Plus  years  of  Manufacturing  or  Engineering  experience.
5.  Experience  in  coordination  of  multidisciplinary  teams.
6.  Fast  respond  and  problem  solving.
