Roles  and  Responsibilities岗位职责

Responsible  for  material  group  of  stamping  parts,  pillow  box,  rivets,  springs  etc;
Conduct  RFQ,  and  material  cost  analysis  based  on  supplier  quotation  and  process  to  identify  cost  saving  opportunities;
Conduct  price  negotiation  with  supplier  from  sample  phase,  validation  phase,  till  SOP  phase,  and  engineering  change  if  there  is;
Conduct  supplier  overall  management  assessment,  together  with  supplier  quality  engineer  by  using  VDA6.3  tool  or  other  similar  assessment  form;
As  project  manager,  to  lead  supplier  sample  preparation,  coordination  internal  quality  inspection,  release,  production  trial  production  and  engineering  testing  to  ensure  PPAP  release  of  supplier  sample  is  on  time;
As  RPP  ratio  project  leader,  take  initiative  to  optimize  design  or  supplier  process  for  cost  down;
Lead  price  negotiation  with  suppliers  for  contract  signing;
As  supplier  mentor,  to  manage  responsible  supplier  performance  and  continuous  improvement  for  excellence.
Issue  PO  to  supplier  per  project  requirement;
    

    Qualification  Requirement岗位资格    

Bachelor  degree  of  Engineering
At  least  3  years’  experience  in  Purchasing,  Technical,  Engineering  or  Quality  or  Project  Function
SAP  system  or  similar  experience,  negotiation  license  and  experience  in  cost  structure  analysis  of  a  product  are  preferred.
Microsoft  PPT,  Excel  good  skills;
Basic  English  communication  skills
