Job  Description

To  develop  and  improve  the  maintenance  plan,  method,  standard  for  Rubber  MAE  that  been  assigned/为橡胶中心各类设备的保养工作制定维保方法、标准、计划等；
To  provide  professional  technical  support  for  maintenance  technicians  on  production  floor/为维保技术员提供维保工作中的专业的技术支持；
To  follow  up  the  maintenance  results  and  necessary  improvement  projects  for  Rubber  MAE/负责橡胶车间设备日常维保工作的落实情况，跟进必要的改善方案及其执行；
To  analysis  and  summary  the  breakdown  issues,  develop  troubleshooting  list,  and  improve  maintenance  team  skill  through  internal  training  and  sharing/通过对设备故障进行分析汇总，制定维修作业指导书，以及通过内部培训与分享等方式，提升维保团队整体维保技能。




Qualifications

Bachelor  and  above/本科以上学历；
More  than  3  years  experience  of  maintenance/三年以上的维修工作经验;
Good  experience  of  rubber  forming  machine/熟悉橡胶成型设备;
Can  use  AutoCAD  and  other  drawing  software  to  make  mechanic  design  熟悉AutoCAD  等制图软件，能够进行机械制图；
Know  well  common  PLC  programing  (Mitsubishi,  Siemens,  Omron)/熟悉掌握常用PLC  编程知识（三菱、西门子、欧姆龙）;
Know  well  about  electrical  system  design  and  components
selection  of  automatic  machine/熟悉自动化设备电路图设计及电气元件的选型
