1、  Responsible  for  product  manufacturing  process  preparation  and  product    re-design,  eg.  PFMEA、Control  Plan  and  SWI  so  on  process  documents    负责产品制造工艺编制及产品再设计，

2、Continuous  optimization  of  production  process,    solving  process  problems,  and  ensuring  to  meet  the  requirements  and    standards  of  process  and  product  quality.    持续优化生产工艺，解决工艺问题，确保达到工艺和产品质量的要求标准；

"3、Responsible  for  the  control  of    key  parts  technology,  the  development  of  new  technology,  and  the    research  of  special  parts  technology.？

负责关键零件工艺把控，新工艺的开拓，对特殊零件工艺的研究；"

"4、Carry    out  necessary  research  on  existing  production  technologies  and  make    improvement  Suggestions  and  time  calculation  adjustments.？

1、Production  planning/Manufacturing  Engineering/Maintenance

2、Process/Mechanical  /Electric  or/and  Electronical  Engineer

Necessary  Experiences  1、More  than  4  years'experience  for  Engine  manufacturing  prosess

2、Master  Assembly  process  and  Test  process  of  Engine

3.Familiar  with  automotive  engine  industry,  and  have  good  professional  knowledge.

4.  Familiar  project  design  、planing  ,installation  &  commissioning  and  management

5.  Understanding  ISO9001、ISO14001、and  IATF16949

Basic    Qualification  1,  Familiar  with  the  working  principle  of  equipment,    mechanical  structure,  pneumatic  and  hydraulic  working  principle

2,  Good  ability  to  read  and  draw  drawings,  including  CAD,  pneumatic  and  hydraulic  drawings

3,  Good  communication  and  coordination  skills

4,  Better  to  have  project  experience

5,  Good  English  skills  for  daily  use

Others    Priority  to  have  the  rich  experience  that  process  design  &  optimize    and  test  function  commissioning  for  AVL  Engin  water-cooled  test  bench
