QA工程师
职位描述
1、Act as the primary quality interface for customers.2、Provide necessary 8D problem solving support for customer complaints, carry out initial first level analysis, liaise with internal functions to co-ordinate full failure analysis, create 8D reports, and deliver to customer for review as required.
3、Perform and co-ordinate containment actions at local or oversea customer side.
4、 Focal point for the communication and fulfillment of customer-specific quality requirements.
5、Develop product quality to meet all project requirements and customer expectations.
6、Develop internal and customer quality processes until completed PPAP and run at rate.
7、Maintain accurate project records within the product development process, report quality process status internally and to customers.
8、Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of the business processes.
9、 Solve project quality problems effectively in local or global team environment.
10、Other duties and responsibilities could be assigned.
任职要求:
1、Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechenical or electronics engineering.
2、Minimum 5-year work experience in customer quality or quality assurance or other customer support role in automotive industry, multinational company experience preferred.
3、Knowledge of and experience with ISO/IATF16949 requirements and AIAG 5 tools.
4、Experience in G8D reporting and PPAP. APQP experience is a plus.
5、Demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills.
6、Excellent statistical and computer skills, including Minitab, Microsoft Office.
7、Excellent communication skills required at customer and internal level.
8、Excellent Mandarin and English speaking, writing and reading capability.
9、Must be self-motivator and team spirit..
10、Ability to have conference call at night with oversea customers as required.
