1、分析生产过程中产生大量不良品的原因，提出改善方案；Analyze  the  reasons  for  producing  a  lot  of  defective  products  in  the  production  process,  and  propose  the  improvement  plan

2、模具维修单的填写及修模内容确认，跟进模具维修进度和结果确认；Fill  and  confirm  the  mold  maintainace  form  and  follw  up  the  maintainance  process  of  mold  and  result

3、分析生产过程中生产效率低和模具发生故障原因，提出改善对策；Analysis  the  reason  why  the  production  effenciency  was  low  and  mould  broken  down  in  the  production  process  and  putting  forward  the  improvement  plan

4、跟进生产过程中的注塑工艺条件的合理性，编写、审核、优化标准工艺参数；Follow  up  the  rationally  molding  injection  conditions  in  production  process  and  work  out  ,confirm  and  optimize  the  standard  process  parameter  list

5、跟进生产后加工情况，并对后加工量大，人手多的产品提出修模或检讨方案；Follow  up  the  process  condition  after  prodction  and  then  put  forward  the  mold  or  review  quality  standard  of  the  products  with  large  amount  of  post-processing  and  manpower

6、整理/编写有关技术的资料，对车间技术人员进行工作培训，提升技术水平；Sort  out  the  refrence  materials  and  trian  technician

7、不断学习注塑行业新知识，引进新的注塑加工技术，推动注塑部技术进步，满足公司发展需要；Keep  learning  new  knowledge  in  injection  molding  industry,  introduce  new  injection  molding  technology,  and  promote  the  technical  progress  of  injection  molding  department  to  meet  the  development  of  company

8、完成上级所交代的工作任务，服从管理，恪守工作职责；Complete  the  work  assigned  by  manager  ,  obey  management  and  take  responsible  for  your  work



入职要求

1、一年以上的工作经验；  more  than  one  year  working  experience

2、英语听说流利（听要流利、说日常交流问题不大）；English  listening  fluently、English  speaking  OK（daily  life  of  communication  is  ok  ）

3、项目工程相关专业  ；  engineering  programm  relative  --  major

4、22到28岁之间；twenty-two  years-old  to  twenty-eight  years  old

5、教育程度，大专以上；  college  graduate  --education  background
