岗位职责：

Job  descriptions:

1.持续改善：负责项目量产后的维护和持续改善，主动优化工艺提升效率以达到降低成本的目的，包括提高PPH，减人，提高产品良率

Continuous  improvement:  Maintain  and  continuous  improvement  for  the  project  after  mass  production,  process  optimization,  cost  down,  include  PPH  promotion,  operators  reduction,  OK  yield  promotion

2.变更维护：  有变更的情况发行ECN，对相关文件进行更新维护，并与品质部交叉检查

EC:  ECN  release,  revise  documents,  cross  check  with  quality  team

3.客户设变：负责量产项目的设变或变种的项目跟进，样品制作和寄样，文件更新

Customer  EC:  follow  up  the  customer  EC  or  new  variants,  samples  building  and  shipping,  documents  revise

4.部门对应：及时处理各部门提出的问题

Internal  coordinate:  work  out  the  issues  raised  by  other  Dept.

5.PFMEA  更新：根据PFMEA年度  Review  计划，至少每半年更新一次，包括高RPN  值的对策降低，客诉或内部品质问题的对策更新

PFMEA  revise:  revise  the  PFMEA  half  a  year  at  least  based  on  the  annual  review  plan,  high  RPN  reduction,  customer  or  internal  issues  revise

6.工作失责处理：未按时完成工作计划的自行安排加班，未按工作流程工作作罚款处理，如造成工作重做或公司损失的将酌情作警告，记过，罚款处理；

Work  default  treatment:  Self  arrange  overtime  if  work  unfinished,  fine  punish  for  not  obey  the  workflow,  if  cause  work  do  over  or  company  lose  will  be  warned,  record  a  demerit  and  fine  punish.

7.其他：遵守公司规章制度，完成上级领导交待的临时工作任务；



Others:  Comply  with  company  rules  and  regulations,  accomplish  temporary  work  tasks  from  leader;



任职资格：

Job  requirements:

1.大专或以上学历,  5年以上制程工程师相关经验;

College  or  above,  more  then  3  years  PE  experience;

2.  熟悉TS16949，APQP  及  PPAP流程，熟悉PFMEA等工具运用;

Know  TS16949，APQP  ,PPAP  procedure  and  PFMEA  well

3.  熟悉装配制程和工装的开发，有较强的防错意识，熟悉IE技术，有自动化工装经验更佳  ;

Familiar  with  assembly  process  and  assembly  fixture  development,  strong  error  proofing  sense,  IE  skills,  having  automotive  work  piece  experience  is  preferred;

4.熟练操作Office，AutoCAD软件  ；

Familiar  with  Office，AutoCAD;

5.要求经过TS16949，APQP，PPAP及相关培训

Trained  of  TS16949，APQP，PPAP  ;

6.  英语读写流利，具备基本的听说能力；

Fluent  reading  and  writing  English  and  basic  listening  and  spoken  English;

7.服从上级领导的安排，保质保量按时完成工作任务;

follow  the  arrangement  of  the  leader,  finish  the  work  on  time  and  guarantee  the  quality.

8.具有积极向上的团队合作精神，有良好的沟通，协调能力，并能承受一定的工作压力。
