1  负责潜在供应商的初选。

Responsible  for  earlier-stage  system  audit  of  supplier;

2    依据采购部定点的供方完成前期开发的质量工作；

Responsible  for  quality  work  at  earlier  stage  based  on  suppliers  specified  by  Purchase  Department;

3      了解客户的要求,对供方进行培训；

Understand  the  requirements  of  customer  and  arrange  training  for  suppliers;

4    出现质量问题与供应商进行解决处理；

Solve  quality  problem  together  with  supplier;

5    负责供应商的日常管理工作；

Responsible  for  daily  management  of  supplier;

6    负责供应商的索赔工作；

Deal  with  claim  from  supplier;

7    对供方的新品开发的能力与质量等进行统计；

Evaluate  the  development  ability  and  quality  of  new  products  from  suppliers;

8    负责外构件认可中供应商文件、样件的提交；

Responsible  for  the  submit  of  necessary  documents  and  samples  while  making  the  approval  of  new  products  from  suppliers;

9    供应商的首件首批认可及供应商分零件的认可;

Follow  up  the  schedule  on  new  product  development  of  suppliers;

10    完成上级领导交办的其他任务；

Perform  further  tasks  assigned  by  leader  at  higher  level;

任职资格：

1    汽车工程或相专业大专以上学历；

Major  in  Enterprise  management、  Engineering  College  degree  or  above.

2    熟练掌握全面质量管理知识和ISO/TS16949：2002管理体系；

Familiarity  with  Total  Quality  Principles  and  ISO/TS16949:2002;


3    汽车行业三年以上质量管理工作经验；

Knowledge  of  lean  management  methodology.

4    熟悉全面质量原则；

Familiarity  with  Total  Quality  Principles.

5    懂电脑软件应用(Word,  Excel,  SAP等)；

Knowledge  of  software  applications  (Word,  Excel,  SAP  ..)  .

6    沟通，商议和说服能力强；

Aptitude  for  communication,  negotiation  and  persuasion.

7    管理能力强；

Aptitudes  for  management

8  独立性，数字处理能力强，良好的职业道德，创新性能力高。
