1、负责新项目焊接/吸覆/热压技术工艺要求的制定；

Responsible  for  the  development  of  new  project  welding  /  forming  /  hot  pressing  technical  process  requirements;

2、负责焊接/吸覆文件制定，制定工艺定额；

Responsible  for  welding  /  forming  documents,  setting  process  quotas;

3、新产品设计在焊接/吸覆/热压技术可行性确认；

New  product  design  in  welding  /  forming  /  hot  pressing  technology  feasibility  confirmed;

4、新设备的开发管理工作；

New  equipment  development  and  management  work;

5、焊接/吸覆/热压产品的前期质量判定，优化工作；

Welding  /  forming  /  hot  pressing  products  pre-quality  judgment,  optimize  work;

6、设备类潜在供应商的技术能力评估；

Technical  capability  assessment  of  equipment  potential  suppliers;

7、焊接/吸覆操作方面的培训工作；

Training  in  welding  /  forming  operation;

8、焊接/吸覆/热压新技术，新工艺的了解，应用。

Understand  and  apply  welding  /  forming  /  hot  pressing  new  technologies.



任职要求：

1、高分子材料，机械、模具、机电一体化专业，大专以上学历；

Polymer  materials,  machinery,  molds,  mechanical  and  electrical  integration,  college  education;

2、熟练使用  Pro/E  、  UG  、CAD或  CATIA设计软件;

Proficiency  in  Pro  /  E,  UG,  CAD  or  CATIA  design  software;

3、能独立制订新设备的技术方案；

Can  independently  develop  technical  solutions  for  new  equipment

4、具备高度的责任心和工作积极性；

Have  a  high  sense  of  responsibility  and  enthusiasm  for  work;

5、两年以汽车零部件行业的工作经验；

Two  years  working  experience  in  the  auto  parts  industry

6、有较强的团队合作与沟通能力；

Strong  teamwork  and  communication  skills

7、能吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力；

Hard  working,  able  to  withstand  great  working  pressure;

8、有英语基础，能进行简单交流或能看懂英文项目资料；

English  skill,  easy  to  communicate  or  read  English  project  information.

9、熟悉焊接/吸覆/热压等相关工艺和要求。
