职位概述  POSITION  SUMMARY


建立健全设备管理制度，解决和优化设备问题，落实保养计划，确保设备生产和安全要求。

Establish  the  system  of  equipment  management,  solve  and  optimize  equipments,  carry  out  the  maintenance  plan,  ensure  the  equipment  to  satisfy  production  and  safety  requirements.



职位描述  RESPONSIBILITIES



  负责生产设备、辅助设备的安全、维护保养和应急维修；

        Responsible  for  the  safety,  maintenance  and  emergency  repair  of  production  equipment  and  auxiliary  equipment;

  跟踪新生产设备的安装、调试直至正常运行；

        Follow  up  the  new  production  equipment  installation,  commissioning  until  normal  operation;

  带领并管理维修团队，培训、激励和评价；

        Leading  and  Manage  maintenance  team,  training,  motivation  and  evaluation;

有效开展TPM活动，并配合进行精益生产；

        Develop  TPM  activities  effectively  and  support  lean  production;

备品备件管理，保证低库存且生产的连续运行；

        Building  up  spare  parts  system,  improve  spare  part  stock,  ensure  continuous  production  at  low  cost;

  重大的故障决策的快速反应和实施；

        Quick  response  and  Implement  the  solution  for  major  fault;

  工作协作关系：内部管理工作；外部：设备供应商、其他工厂之间的交流与沟通；

        Establish  the  good  relationship  with  including  internal  management  ,  equipment  vendor  and  other  plants;

  培训维修工，提高其技能；

        Training  the  maintenance  team,  enhance  team  technical  skill;

  完成领导安排的临时任务。

        Finish  the  task  from  manager.



职位要求  QUALIFICATIONS  REQUIRED



  大专以上学历，机电一体化/工业自动化/机械制造及其自动化等专业；

College  graduated  or  above,  Major  in  electromechanical  integration/industrial  automation/machinery  manufacturing  and  automation;

  3年以上维修相关工作经验，至少1年维修管理经验，有汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先；

Minimum  3  years  directly  related  maintenance  experiences,  min.  1  years  experience  in  management,

Prefer  to  company  experience  in  an  automotive  environment;

  较强的分析解决实际问题的能力，快速响应的工作风格；

Ability  to  analytical  solution  actual  problem  and  quick  response  working  style;

  熟悉气动液压工作原理及日常维护保养；

Familiar  with  pneumatic  hydraulic  principle  and  daily  maintenance;

良好的组织、协调和沟通能力；

Good  organization,  coordination  and  communication  skills;

  熟悉PLC（西门子，三菱）的使用和维护；

Familiar  with  how  to  use  and  maintenance  PLC（Siemens  and  Mitsubishi);

  了解焊接/冲压工艺原理；

Understand  the  welding  or  press  process  principle;

  了解FANUC机器人工作原理；

Understand  FANUC  robots  working  principle;

  熟悉并具有优化设备生产能力；

Ability  to  optimize  equipment  to  improve  equipment  performance;

熟练操作计算机办公软件；

Proficient  in  computer  application  such  as  Microsoft;

  良好的英语书面与口头沟通能力；

Good  English  skill  in  both  written  and  oral;

拥有团队合作精神和能力。

Good  spirit  and  ability  in  Team  work.
