职位描述
1. Responsible product design or selection for new project, technical support on manufacturing feasibility, TR and Cost pack.新项目中负责产品的设计和选型，支持制造可行性的评估，提供TR和成本核算所需的产品信息。2.Conduct the drawing release, preliminary process flow diagram issue, design review, BOM setting up, material preparation for prototype building and prototype report for OTS/Trial run, DFMEA and DVP&R issue and review.负责产品图纸，BOM和初版工艺流程图的编制，评审和发放，样件的制作和报告总结，负责编制和更新DEMEA，负责DVP&R的编制和报告总结.
3.Responsible for new product and new process commercialization, solving the technical issue related.负责新结构和新工艺的商业化，解决相关的技术问题。
4.Lead returned part analysis from customer validation, including of failure investigation and improvement.负责客户端返回件的分析，包括失效件的调查和内部改善。
5.Support plant VAVE and scrap rate reduction. 支持工厂的VAVE和废品率降低等持续改善。
