Sales  oriented,  achieve  sales  goals  through  providing  sales  and  marketing  supports.  销售导向，通过提供销售及市场支持达成销售目标。

Organize  and  participate  the  sales  activities  through  periodical  customer  visit,  such  as  DD  seminar,  trade  show,  regional  sales  promotion,  Brand  promoting  ….定期客户拜访，组织并参与销售活动，例如研讨会、展销会、区域销售推广、品牌推广等…

Provide  basic  training  to  regional  customers  on  sales,  products  and  managements  skills  to  help  them  achieve  the  sales  goals  they  were  assigned.为区域客户提供销售、产品及管理技能的基础培训，帮助其达到销售目标。

Provide  smart  sales  budget  for  assigned  accounts  base  on  regional  sales  trend  analysis  and  make  sure  the  budget  can  be  accomplishable为客户提供基于区域销售趋势的销售预算，确保预算可以完成。

Monitor  and  manage  DD  sales  activities  prevent  any  violation  from  outbreak.  Seek  potential  Dayco  DD  ensure  Dayco  network  are  competitiveness  in  the  marketplace监控和管理客户的销售活动，防止任何违规事件的发生。寻找潜在DAYCO  经销商确保渠道在市场上的竞争力。

Collect  marketing  information  and  identify  customer  demand  and  competitors  activities  so  that  appropriate  actions  and  reactions  are  taken  to  meet  overall  objectives  of  company收集市场信息，确定客户需求和竞争对手的活动，以便采取适当的行动和反应，达到公司的总体目标。

A/R  balance  and  inventory  maintenance  are  their  routine日常对于应收账款和库存的维护。

Deal  with  customer  complaint  on  warranty  and  logistic  activities处理客户关于库存和物流的投诉

Obey  and  implement  company  EHS  and  related  regulations  policy遵守并执行公司EHS及相关规章制度






Qualifications/任职资格:



College  degree  is  required.  大专及以上学历

More  than  2  years  relevant  experience.  2年以上相关工作经验，有汽车零部件后市场资源者优先。

Requires  excellent  business  logical  sense  with  detailed  knowledge  of  products  and  markets.  具有良好的商业逻辑意识，对产品和市场有详细的了解。

Must  be  able  to  function  with  minimal  supervision;  recognize  the  needs  for  field  travel;  and  recognize  the  need  for  prompt  response  to  customers.  能独立工作；能适应出差；能对客户的需求做出迅速反应。

Must  have  superior  communication  skills  and  application  aptitudes.  优秀的沟通能力和应用能力。

Must  be  capable  of  planning,  prioritizing,  organizing,  directing  and  presenting  the  results  of  technical  investigations  and  effects.  能计划，排序，组织，指导和展示技术调查的结果和成效。

Skills  in  use  of  computer  as  an  analytic  tool  highly  desirable.  熟练使用计算机作为分析工具。

Must  promote  and  participate  in  a  team  concept  of  business  activity.具有团队精神，能积极参与企业活动。
