Qualification:

Engineering  or  technical  graduate

·                  At  least  3  years  working  in  quality  assurance

·                  Language  skills:  Native  language  and  good  English

Responsibility

1.              Project  work

·                  Cooperation  in  transposing  customer-specific  requirements  into  AL  target  specifications,  with  particular

regard  to  manufacturing  and  inspection  capability  at  Automotive  Lighting  and  along  the  entire  supply  chain.

·                  Compilation  and  monitoring  of  a  project-specific  QCR  on  the  basis  of  CP  300  in  agreement  with  the

Project  Manager.

·                  Monitoring  implementation  of  product,  process  and  project-related  quality  requirements.

·                  Cooperation  and  assessment  of  QCR  status  light  in  the  project  team.

·                  Gauge  concept  release  and  detail  discussion  with  customer  together  with  gauge  supplier.  Make  the  release  of  the  gauge.

·                  Leading  the  geometry  improvement  for  headlamp  and  rear  lamp.  Analysis  of  dimensional  measurement  results  for  the  achievement  of  dimensional  stability.  Get  the  approval  from  customer  for  gauge,  correlation  between  gauge  and  customer  cubing,  lamp’s  dimension  status.

·                  Determination  of  limiting  samples  for  visual  defects  and  instruct  the  production  standard.

·                  Initial  release  of  parts,  products  and  processes  CP  518.

·                  Coordination  for  customer  quality  audits  and  internal  audits  with  PM.

·                  Collection  of  reports  for  PPAP  documents  in  accordance  with  customer  requirements.

·                  Planning  training  programs  for  quality  employees  including  customer  service.

·                  Processing  of  quality  complaints,  analyses  and  statements  through  to  SOP.

·                  Comprehensive  quality  work  within  the  project,  for  example:

§    Active  participation  in  the  concept  release  taking  into  consideration  lessons  learned  from  predecessor  projects.

§    Active  participation  in  the  QRC  meetings  for  validation.

§    Support  in  risk  analyses  (  e.g.  FMEA).

§    Cooperation  in  the  control  plan  (prototype,  pilot  series  and  series).

§    Support  in  the  stipulation  of  special  characteristics.

§    Participation  in  PM//PE  weekly  meetings.

·                  Planning  and  control  of  project  handover  from  QMP  to  QMO  (launch  phase).

2.          Continuous  improvement

·                  Planning  and  cooperation  in  the  introduction  of  new  solutions.

·                  Development  of  preventive  quality  strategies  in  agreement  with  central  ALH/QM-P  for  long-term  improvement  of  product,  process  and  project-related  quality.

·                  Participate  WCM  activity  for  new  projects.

3.          Personnel

·                  Ensuring  adherence  to  work  within  regulations  of  the  plant.

·                  Execution  of  personnel-related  administrative  functions.
