Account Manager(销售工程师)
职位描述
Explore potential customers and business opportunities; Identify and pursue new projectsGet RFQ from customer and quote accordingly
Contract follow up? Sample quoting, follow the sample delivering and payment
ECN quoting and Aftermarket parts quoting? Visit customer, and maintain the relationship
AR collection
Piece price management, and updated the lasted price input to Finance
Customer satisfaction survey? Information collection of competitor
Assist supervisor on report preparation, other tasks defined by supervisors
Receives and ensures timely and accurate input of customer complaint to relevant department.
Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit
Requirement:
1.University degree or above in business or engineering.
2.Knowledge & experience on marketing,business relationship management.
3. 3 years and above experience in the automotive industry, includes 2 years customer development and maintenance experience at least. Tier 1 experience is prefered.
4. Familiar with TS16949 standards and other qualilty system.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at speaking & written in English.
6. Team work oriented and good interpersonal skill.
7. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
8. Passionate, prepared and responsible.
9. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
10. Proficient with MS software and other business applications.
