4Ensure  production  process  meets  all  customer  specifications  确保制程过程中所有的产品品质的制程要求值/规格，符合客户的要求　

5Review  and  update  all  documentation  regarding  the  production  prcess  as  process  layout,PFMEA,  peration  sheets,  process  illustrations,  process  flow  charts,  process  flow  diagrams,  material  handling.  plan  &  initial  capability  studies.　　  All  documentation  should  be  PPAP,  compliant  at  all  times  检查和更新所有文档PPAP中的要求（关于生产制造流程布局、失效模式，制造流程图等文件）

6Participate  in  new  machine  and  process  design  with  IE,  make  sure  project  MP  successfully  参与前期项目和设备设计，确保新项目顺利量产

Essential  background  requirement　　　　　　　

1）大专及以上,机械工程(机电或电气或自动化)Junior  college  and  above  in  Mechanical  engineering  （Electrical  and  mechanical  or  electrical  or  automation）　

2）懂得机器/设备的知识，并有操作维护经验  Uderstanding  of  the  machine/equipment  knowledge  and  has  maintenance  experience　

3）了解部分TS16949的要求Know  the  requirements  of  concerned  section  of  TS16949　　　

4）良好的性格和开放敏捷的思维,优秀的沟通技巧  Good  personality  and  open  minded,  excellent  communication  skills　

5）在相关领域有2年以上工作经验,汽车经验优先。2  years  experience  in  related  area,  automotive

6）拥有过程开发能力，熟悉装配线工艺开发流程Ability  to  do  process  development,  familiar  with  assembly  line  process  development　

7）设计夹具的能力  Ability  to  design  fixture　　　　　

8）擅长电气信号的分析和处理,能够熟练使用PLC；  Good  at  electrical  signal  analysis  and  processing，Ability  to  use  at  least  of  PLC　

9）对设备故障有一定的排查分析能力，熟悉机械运动逻辑；Can  analyse  machine  problem  and  know  the  logistic  of  machine　10良好的产品防错技能和精益生产知识Good  knowledge  of  error  proofing  and  lean  manufacturing　　

11熟悉掌握制程失效模式以及制程管控的运用familiar  with  PFMEA/CPK,  know  problem  shooting  skills  of  production
